The artworks are developed digitally, using screen-printing technology or with rotary roller printing technology, and then it is transferred to the film. Now this heat transfer film, or we can say the paper is ready to be transferred on the webbing & laces. While moving, the heat transfer film and wedding is kept inside a closed container with high pressure. In this process, the ink dye evaporates and penetrates the webbing, and now the transfer is permanent on the webbing strap. Among all the materials, polyester is the only material that accepts heat transfer onto it. And obviously, a high temperature of about 205 -220 degrees Celcius is required to transfer the labels entirely on to the webbing.

Let me tell you how the complete process goes.
- The very first process is that your artwork or design, i.e., logo, name, or any character, is printed with the technology of printing onto a heat-sensitive film with Spinks World Special ink.
- Screen Printing technology for printing Webbing: One of the oldest and best ways of printing onto webbing or any heat transfer is by screen printing—Digital printing technology : a. Digital has significantly revolutionized the printing industry with high-speed printing on footwear like sportswear is slowly replacing Silkscreen printing technology. b. But the old screen printing process remains one of the perfect and precise methods of printing, although it is slow. c. The ability and science of changing the design are faster in digital printing. Switching time becomes a factor, as it takes a long time for switching and increase the cost of labor and production cost
- Now the polyester webbing is supplied with high pressure and heat. Under the high temperature and pressure, the special inks coverts from solid form to gaseous form, leaving the dye on the webbing permanently .
